I work with Jake Riley as the Chief Technology Officer to lead, coordinate and manage the Technology Services Department, IT project management activities and develop innovative solutions that solve clients’ problems translating them into business benefits for the client and the organization. I am also responsible for overseeing the company’s network, data, security, maintenance, and implementing the company’s technical strategy.• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs• Liaise with clients to identify and define IT solution requirements, scope and objectives.• Ensure clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.• Monitor and track IT project progress and handle any issues that arise.• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and make recommendations for improving IT infrastructure• Help define the company’s IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes• Develop and implement IT and Security policies, frameworks, and procedures to support the company’s growth• Ensure IT Compliance• Oversee planning and implementation of IT general controls including IT security controls but not limited to network and cybersecurity security controls, access management and change management process.• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.• Prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget.• Prepare job tenders and ensure deadlines are met.• Use IT project management tools to monitor project, budget and plans.• Create and maintain comprehensive IT project documentation and reports.• Monitoring Level 1 and 2 IT support and other IT staff• Provide thought leadership to team members in developing technical competence in IT project Management, identifying and assessing complex IT risks and controls.
