I am a Human Resources leader with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Development across multiple industries, including Finance, Education, Telecommunications and Information Technology. I have been in several different roles within Human Resources, which include Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, and Leadership Development. I have been in leadership positions within these functional areas for the past 15 years and have been involved in several keys initiatives within the company including HR Systems upgrades, Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures as well as developing and leading all Leadership programs across the organization.
