Through careful planning and thorough documentation as well as the training I provided to all IT staff, the roll out went smoothly with minimal user interruption, saving the Firm 1000's of dollars.Researched, developed, and implemented processes to upgrade 7 BlackBerry servers worldwide with no downtime to the users. Developed upgrade strategies for a Firm-wide deployment of Adobe Acrobat 8.13 as well as created packages to cleanly uninstall all previous versions of Acrobat and silently deploy version 8.13 to all desktops Firm-wide.

Created sound effects and composed original music for 90% of Genesis Rep's stage productions for their seasons from 1998 - 2003.
