Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to integrate innovative solutions into the die development process.4. Leading of new dies projects model and renewal dies model, and assist readiness dies for production.

Responsibilities:1. Designing or Modification dies of gravity die casting that meet project requirements and technical specifications.2. Designing or Modification of Core Box Sand Core that meet project requirements and technical specifications.3. Utilizing CAD software to create detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings of dies.4. Conducting thermal and metal flow CAE simulations to identify potential issues and production improvement process5. Optimizing process parameters based on simulation outcomes to enhance the quality of the final product.6. Reducing of material for gating system to efficiency yield ratio of material casting

Key Achievement :- Successfully developed smart dies cooling system project, to reduce Flow Line defect in high pressure die casting process.- Improved casting quality and reduced reject rate through optimized cooling solution. by 8%.Responsibilities:1. Designing die casting molds for High Preasure Die Casting using CAD software, ensuring that designs meet quality standards and technical specifications.2. Performing die casting process simulations using software to predict and minimize production defects.3. Conducting analysis and improvements on existing mold designs to reduce production defects and improve the quality of final products.

Responsibilities:1. Assist in creating 2D and 3D technical drawings for jigs and fixtures.2. Participate in the fabrication process of jigs and fixtures in the workshop, including cutting, welding, and assembly.3. Assemble jig and fixture components according to the design.4. Propose design improvements and modifications.
