Educa Swiss is a Swiss foundation promoting education planning and financing. The foundation supports motivated individuals to reach their educational goals by providing free consultations for planning and budgeting, and by facilitating low-interest student loans.

food.body.world is a Swiss NGO focused on nutrition, health and sustainability. Our programs LimeTree Camp and LimeTree@Schule were project weeks for children. The programs strengthened children's nutrition and health literacy, and built their awareness of the link between food choices and environmental sustainability. food.body.world is currently in a transition phase. - Conceived, developed and led food.body.world and its programs, including collaboration with our co-founder, project leaders, and Board and Advisory Board members- Oversaw the programs, supported by the Canton Zurich Department for School and Sport and the Department for Health and Environment, private sector partners, including restaurant tibits, and other project partners in the health, nutrition, sports and sustainability sectors - Developed the programs’ educational curriculum on health and nutrition and co-designed program evaluation strategies and tools- Responsible for funding and partner acquisition- Built the NGO’s health and nutrition network in Switzerland.

- Co-developed and engaged in strategic planning processes for the three thematic grantmaking areas of the newly established Foundation- Responsible for two thematic areas: “People in Need” and “Open and Diverse Societies,“ including scope definition, funding application and partner evaluation processes- Developed „theory of change” models and impact measurement strategies.

- Built and expanded health programmes portfolio- Managed SDC-funded primary health care programmes in Albania, Kosovo, Myanmar and Tajikistan, including Consortium partnerships with Swiss TPH and Terres des hommes- Oversaw health and nutrition projects in Albania and Kosovo supported by various foundations and the Canton of Zurich- Developed Health Strategy for 2016-2018- Managed all health partnerships and donor relations.

Mandates:- Project leader for study of the Swiss private sector in international cooperation and development- Project leader for an integrated concept of three studies related to assessing the skilled workforce in the social sector in Switzerland- Strategic planning services and Horizon 2020 proposal development with healthbank team members.

Project leader for a national study of the public health workforce in Switzerland, in partnership with the Federal Department of Public Health:- Developed complex research methodology- Oversaw data gathering and analysis process- Conceived and organized workshop at the Public Health Schweiz Conference, on the public health workforce in Europe, with international and Swiss experts.

Provided program planning and development, research and evaluation, and strategic planning services to foundations, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions. Specific services included program design, monitoring and evaluation, research and analysis of best practice programs, and sourcing of funding, including grant writing and proposal review. Clients included the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (Global Health Program)/Leadership Learning Community; University of California, San Francisco (Center for Reproductive Health Research and Policy); Hera Biomedical (biotech start-up); Asante Africa Foundation and Santa Clara University (Global Women's Leadership Network).

Managed reproductive health leadership programme in Ethiopia, India, Mexico, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, and Sudan: - Project leader for India, Mexico, Myanmar and the Philippines- Development and oversight of program evaluation- Responsible for program budget and financial forecasting Directed research project assessing human capacity in population and reproductive health in developing countries.

Developed strategies for the design and implementation of an eight-country population and reproductive health leadership initiative.

Evaluated 15 community-based health programs as part of a city-wide, one-year Oakland Fund for Children and Youth (OFCY) programs evaluation.

Managed all phases of a women's human rights study in Turkey, published in JAMA.

Co-investigator for epidemiologic study of human rights violations against Kosovar refugees in Albania and Macedonia, in collaboration with Physicians for Human Rights (PHR).
