Oversee the Society’s $165 million Endowment Fund, charitable Foundation, and for-profit consulting subsidiary. Work collaboratively with physician leaders including the Board of Trustees and the House of Delegates to develop and implement the Society’s strategic goals, objectives and policies to advance the organization’s mission. Forge alliances with key stakeholder organizations to create and execute collaborative initiatives that effectively advance the Society priorities. Maintain regular communications with leadership to apprise them of progress on strategic priorities and emerging issues. Develop the Society’s strategic plan and align organizational resources. Serve as the Society’s management spokesperson to internal and external audiences, the General Assembly and media.
