I am a dedicated and hardworking college student majoring in finance with a minor in business administration. I have over 4 years of experience in customer service, including tech troubleshooting, data analysis, and customer care. I have nearly 3 years of experience in a management position, which has enhanced my skills in positive customer interaction, problem solving skills, communication, and professionalism. I am fiercely independent, and possess excellent time management skills. Organization and completing work quickly and efficiently are incredibly important to me. I have been employed with Chick-Fil-A for over 3 years. I began in June 2019 as a Team Member, and have been the recipient of multiple promotions since. As a shift leader in the business, I am responsible for maintaining a positive work environment that provides fast, efficient, and friendly service to every guest that comes through our door. I assist the store directors with training, customer service, and keeping the store running as smoothly as possible. My day to day duties consist of leading shifts, managing a team of 8-12 people on average, providing quality customer service, and pulling and analyzing restaurant data, and using that information to learn how to improve the business and better serve the people of Murfreesboro. Furthermore, I am responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, and delegating those tasks to the employees I am in charge of. I maintain a clean and organized environment, I am proficient in POS duties for our drive-thru system, I ensure cash handling procedures are up to standard, and I excel in conflict resolution and handle discipline matters professionally.
