Launched and scaled 4 of the 5 satellite Internet services in Xplornet's fleet. Launched and currently in rollout stage of 5G fixed wireless Internet service. Developed and launched in-home services such as voice (VoIP) and Wi-Fi Mesh.

Developed roadmap and grew revenue for the stable of IP applications and value-added services in the consumer segment, including Bell Internet and Bell TV.Responsible for monetizing core services, such as email and security and to develop differentiable broadband-enabled entertainment services such as video and music to a base of 4,000,000 customers.

Managed the AOL Canada product portfolio, introducing several new communications client versions, owned the roadmap and software lifecycle, and led the development and introduction of AOL Broadband in this market.Directed a team of six product managers and coordinated international teams to extend and diversify AOL’s portfolio in Canada.

Managed the residential Internet P&L including all aspects of product management leading to gross activations, customer retention, and revenue per subscriber.Look Internet served 180,000 dial-up customers and a growing base of broadband customers on fixed wireless broadband and DSL technologies.

Created marketing programs and developed pricing for new customer acquisition within the small-medium business markets at Bell Mobility.Led on a rotation basis the marketing council for quarterly company-wide promotional activity and channel focus.
