As a Senior Research Manager, I help our business partners synthesize fresh and thoughtful technology research programs with the goal of generating actionable, verifiable insights through primary and secondary data collection. I lead clients in the creation and execution of executive, employee, and consumer surveys to generate data sets. I conduct in-depth executive interviews to get first-hand accounts of how and why businesses make the decisions they do to feed into research—and I participate in the occasional webinar or podcast to share research findings to a broad audience.This role requires high standards for client service and satisfaction; managing a small team; data analysis; editing; and administrative duties.
