Responsible for coaching hundreds of small business owners and corporate executives. In addition I was responsible for interviewing and giving recommendations for new hire business coaches. I also developed a complete full year group coaching program and wrote the copy for the program without one flaw. This particular project earned me the title of Senior Business Success Coach. I was also assigned difficult clients that other coaches could not handle.

I bought and developed 8 franchises of a publication called Coffee News. The first year I was awarded Rookie of the Year for my rapid growth strategies and accomplishments. Then in my second year I was brought on to be a franchise mentor and was awarded Mentor of the Year. I was also recognized for taking Michigan to the largest franchised state in the United State. I sold several franchises for the company. My key to success was through extensive networking and referrals.

Hired into the Postal Service as an auto mechanic and quickly went into supervision and training. I spent most of my 17 years training. I was taught several different training skills including audio and visual presentations. I traveled all over Michigan to other Postal Facilities to perform training.
