I was responsible for internal communication activities, including the execution of corporate and unit-specific campaigns, formatting and sending the electronic newsletter and bulletins, organizing events (meetings, workshops, and integration sessions), creating and producing layouts for campaign promotions and materials, producing and editing (amateur) videos for the unit, quoting and contracting graphic materials, preparing communication action reports, and supporting the development of communication plans for the unit. Additionally, I supported publications on the unit's portal, assisted in drafting descriptive memorials (DM) and contractual annexes, updated and maintained the unit’s Image Bank, handled requests through the 'Contact Us' and 0800 systems, and provided communication support to the Construction and Assembly management teams.

In 2011, I also began performing the role of HRR (Human Resources Representative). I was responsible for the selection, promotion, and registration for employee and contractor courses and training programs; updating and controlling completed training; identifying and recording the IN (Training Needs Identification) for employees; onboarding new employees and contractors; reporting and updating IDCC/IDCA indicators in the control panel system; advising Sector Managers on people management; managing personnel changes in the SIGM system; tracking and transferring employee movements in the GDRH System; guiding, promoting, and registering employees in training-related programs (Postgraduate Program, Foreign Language Program, etc.); registering employees in HRD processes (External Enrollment, Languages, Internal Courses, and Petrobras University); and controlling the Training Matrix by function for the SGI.

I provided service to Petrobras in the communications management department. Responsibilities included organizing events (meetings, workshops, and integration sessions), preparing communication action reports, and assisting in the development of the unit’s communication plans.
