Here, I delivered strategic leadership overhauling and transforming the HR organization into a strategic partner and critical contributor to business success. I drove development and establishment of a robust and sustainable HR infrastructure, systems, process, and practices supporting 150+ technical, professional, and management staff.➥ Designed, Installed, and managed an Applicant Tracking and HRIS system, the first for the company. ➥ Brought in a 3rd party payroll company to manage payroll systems, along with implementing new payroll procedures to streamline the process and significantly improve efficiency and accuracy.➥ Defined and implemented a formal performance management process and re-engineered a company-wide safety training program that drove reductions in WC claims by more than 50%/year, claim costs by 75%+, and MOD Rate by more than 40 points.➥ Effectively steered benefits administration, successfully negotiating a 40% reduction in medical insurance premiums.
