• Designs HVAC and plumbing systems for laboratory and commercial buildings.

• Led several enhancements to the Firm’s business processes, such as:- Initiating and administering the design, development, and launching of the corporate website- Improving and standardizing the Firm’s documentation.

• Supported the Firm’s sales staff to complete tender packages, purchases, installation support and follow-on service cycle:- Meeting with property owners, technical consultants, and contractors to determine their.
• Contributed to the Firm in numerous other ways:- Helping IT contractor to install, configure, and maintain servers and workstations- Assisting with the Firm’s website creation and organizing the announcement mailing.
