I was engineering responsible for the development and production support of all Lawn and Garden products manufactured in the Bosch Hungarian Plant. I was also responsible to build a self sufficient engineering department, -Founded a new engineering and manufacturing location, based in Miskolc, Hungary.-Created, recruited and trained a complete design and development department.Key Contributions/Achievements:-Constructed a new and successful engineering centre, to a 45-person strong team with supporting infrastructure, delivered to planned budget.-Trained and coached team members in the methods of the development process.-Transferred 50% of the entire garden portfolio manufacturing to the location in Hungary. -Negotiated government grant funding.-Grew productivity output annually to 11 project developments, +25% than planned.-Decreased serial production cost by €500k.
