LumenDev is a student-run organization specializing in Web Development, with members skilled in Project Management, Frontend, Backend, UI/UX, and DevOps. Our primary focus is delivering high-quality web applications for both internal and external university clients.As the Lead of LumenDev, I played a multifaceted role across various projects, contributing as Project Manager, System Designer, and Fullstack Developer. In my role as Project Manager, I led teams through the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirement gathering to final implementation and review.
