● Globally supported and managed around 1500 Windows Server systems, encompassing both virtual and physical environments across 26 Active Directory domains and 8 datacenters with various operational roles (Domain Controllers, DFS, IIS, SQL, DHCP, Citrix, File & Print, RDS, Exchange, Backups & Storage). ● Utilized VMware vSphere/vCenter for server build outs for various business units or infrastructure operational roles via use of standard or customized ISOs images or VM templates.● Maintained all Group Policy (GPO) configuration settings for various server builds and desktops for standardization and security compliance. ● Owned, designed, and managed Citrix XenApp 7.6.x systems across four datacenters, providing support to two distinct revenue-generating business units and their published applications with approximately 800 users in total. Developed comprehensive disaster recovery (DR) and failover plans for the Citrix infrastructure to ensure continuity and resilience.● Ownership of, designed, and managed all NetBackup servers, onsite/offsite tape backups, and Quantum Scalar tape libraries across multiple datacenters. Led the upgrade of production datacenter backup hardware, enhancing data backup efficiency and reducing operation times. Implemented NetBackup OpsCenter to centralize monitoring and reporting, ensuring comprehensive oversight of production backups.● Supervised some members of the NY Help Desk team with their own day-to-day operations and challenges.
