During my time at PANDORA I have had two objectives. The primary one is to deliver excellent on my projects and the second one being development of the team foundation.A few projects to highlight- Led development of Global OMNI Operations 2026 strategy including a project team of two peers- Co‐developed global ecom operating model and tendered the European e‐comm fulfilment andcustomer relations vendors resulting in savings and improved service and delivery times- Co‐led and developed 2020 ecom peak readiness plan covering 5 functions, 6 DCs, 8 service providers- Established and managed a global ecom PMO reporting structure for senior management with aportfolio with 90+ initiatives both within Pandora and service providersAlongside running projects I have made other contributions to PANDORA- Established a project foundation including a Pandora project model including tools and templates- Conducted 15+ cross‐functional training sessions on storylining, Excel, PowerPoint, analytical tools to upskill peers and cross‐functional colleagues- Fostered a team environment and engagement by on‐boarding, coaching, sparring, and continuouslearning sessions with junior employees and peers
