Facilities Management; Responsibilities:o Responsible to provide strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiation, scheduling, andbudgeting.o Responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting the facilities, equipment, propertiesand assets in the facility in various countries in Asia region.o Responsible to manage contracts, contractors, vendors and procurement functions andprovided support for the procured items.o Responsible to Supervise and monitor the facilities maintenance program.o Responsible for relocating of facility buildings and equipment.o Responsible to plan strategy to ensure efficient management of assets.o Responsible for preparing reports for the management’s review and analysis.o A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.o Capable of managing all facilities efficiently – well-versed with project management activities, timemanagement and team leadership.o Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment – Good communication and interpersonal skillsKey Activities:o Prepare the documents for the lease buildout contract documentso Processing paymentso Follow up with the contractors to ensure timely and quality deliveryo Conducting trainings for the subordinates.o Filing worko Organizing and filing all the processed paymentso Perform building inspections to meet the standards and regulationso Conduct a final inspection to ensure work was completed according to specifications.o Manage the work to ensure scope requirements are being met in terms of cost, quality, andtimeliness.o Prepare the Proposed R&I Facility Plan
