I missed the rush, the chaos, the "holy crap are we gonna make it?!" feeling that only a startup can give you.So, I decided to build ZapScale- a B2B SaaS platform that helps small businesses win at customer success. With the experience of my last startup where we delivered 1.5% YoY churn for 5 years, retaining 150 customers from 17 countries, we are making ZapScale the best customer success platform.The fun part?
