With over twenty years of experience as a software engineer; in various technologies, at every level of team development and application development and delivery, I have been involved in every step of the the secure software development lifecycle.I have spent the bulk of my career on the front end, and that is where my expertise in engineering lies. From system design to Object Oriented JavaScript development and experience with the latest development stack. I have cultivated a knowledge of engineering needed to help teams deliver quality applications successfully, and on time.In the last few years, as a Principal Software Engineer, I have had the opportunity to help build and coach teams along the way. From conflict resolution to interviewing and mentoring junior members, I am singularly focused on getting the best out of my team.In my most recent Lead UI Developer role, I have gained experience outside the team, helping to lead larger initiatives, and plan for each quarter far in advance. Working with Project Managers, analysts, and other senior leaders, the communication and soft skills I have developed, combined with my engineering mindset, make me a true asset to any team.
