• Responsible for all customer remittance activities received in electronic form including EDI, web, and IVR. This also includes lock box and walk-in payment services.
• Responsible for daily remittance reconciliation, confirmations, and balances. Resolution of misapplied payments, suspense account, and customer escalation issues.
• Responsible for collections, accounts receivable forecasting, credit risk, deposit analysis, bankruptcies, Surety bonds, and post write off recoveries.
• Provide customer service, internally and externally; represent the department: answer questions, provide information, resolve issues, and provide follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with all departmental work procedures, processes, and quality assurance metrics.

• Identifies, analyzes, and communicates to management the impact on the Company's financial structure, profitability, financial integrity, and competitive position utilizing relevant analytical methods and/or.
• Provides financial analysis support for various projects, calculating revenue requirements, net present value, customer bill impact, etc.
• Provides expertise, support, and financial training for the company departments requiring these services
• Performs financial analyses as required by management or regulatory bodies
• Prepares PowerPoint presentations to be provided to Senior and Executive Management
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

• Single point of contact for resolution of problems/events with potential catastrophic impact to NextEra business
• Acting as the primary liaison for major service disruption, working with all other IM departments and/or third party vendors to solve issues as needed.
• Actively acquiring and maintaining knowledge of relevant technology, product offerings, current support policies and methods of support delivery, in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customers.
• Providing direction, technical support, and training to users in response to specific requests when using available IT tools for supporting 24x7 operations.
