As the Healthcare Studio Director, Marc Goldstein procures and manages all of the firm’s healthcare work. He has over 17 years of planning and design experience with an emphasis on healthcare and other institutional types. Marc has dedicated much of his time to collaborating with clients on patient-focused interiors by maintaining the firms understanding of current healthcare trends while ensuring all design and technical requirements are met. Marc is driven by projects that focus on complex and programmatic issues involving creative solutions. He has planned and constructed over 50 operating rooms, numerous Central Sterile Departments, multiple Med/Surgical-ICU bed floors and is well versed in the technical intricacies of LINAC, MRI, CT, Catheterization, Surgical Video Integration and Hybrid OR treatment spaces. In addition, Marc has completed multi-phased Emergency Department renovations and additions as well as large scale ambulatory care renovations. Marc is intimately familiar with the Certificate of Need(CON) process typically required for most healthcare projects as well other Life Safety and Building Code requirements.

Marc represented the firm's Healthcare Design/Planning Studio and was viewed as a principal leader and key-decision maker by clients, peers and firm staff. In addition, Marc carried out successful business accounting practices, profitablity, collections and project management for $30Million-plus projects.By attracting new clients, maintaining repeat clients and enhancing the firm's design and/or technical reputation as a top ranked regional leading healthcare planning firm, Marc assisted with growing the core business of the firm. Other duties include marketing and creating business that yields net fees to support staff of 5 plus persons.In addition to daily marketing and management duties, Marc was responsible for the planning and design of ongoing healthcare architectural projects that he is either assigned to or has personally brought into the firm as new business.
