As Professional Services manager I manage a team to engineer and implement complex Unified Communication and Call Center solutions such as:- Call Center: Based on Avaya ACD with Genesys. Avaya Voice Portal with CTI connection to Genesys to send Attached Data based on callers post dial digits. Custom development to integrate customer tools to Voice Recorder System (Verint)- Unified Communication Trial: Done with Avaya Aura integrated to Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange.– Avaya Aura integration with Lotus Domino and Sametime. Developed customized solution for integration with several LDAP server. Avaya Iteraction Center for Advanced Segmentation– Avaya Aura integration with Microsoft Lync for direct calls, presence status and IM between Avaya and Microsoft users. Avaya One-x Attendant integration with Presence Server to monitor Avaya and Lync users presence status.

As solution engineer I work with the Development and Sales teams to engineer a solution to implement in customers environment.Provide input to professional services estimate, statement of work, project plan, design, and functional specification documents.Design/deliver technical presentation for sales demonstrations for all products.Review and prepare technical aspects of client/prospect RFP/RFI/RFQ documents.Facilitate interaction between NexTone Communications and client technical leads, playing support role at key client meeting where appropriate.Maintains client satisfaction from a technical perspective.Drive creation of new technical solutions.
