Provide Technical Support to COCC clients; troubleshoot complex technical and application issues. I maintained service level standards on all outstanding trouble tickets and ensured timely follow-upI was the Technical Point of Contact for assigned COCC clients Core Banking System Upgrade. I coordinated and installed the Core application on the customer file servers. I also provided the clients with the necessary install documentation for the upgrades. The primary goal of this upgrade project was to make certain the process was as seamless and transparent to the clients as possible.
