Summary: Working with our clients to help understand their business needs and how that translates into better architecture and interior environments. Develop ideas using sketches, models, and mock-ups; then iteratively refine them to create highly usable spaces that support the way people live and work.- Work directly with clients to identify their needs; developing appropriate workplace strategies as needed.- Develop multiple workable planning solutions and appropriate data-driven performance metrics.- Build graphics, diagrams, and renderings under tight deadlines for client presentations.- Draw complete sets of documents for bidding and construction; work with city to obtain required permits.- Coordination with lighting, kitchen, EGD, and MEP consultants for integrated design outcomes.- Track client sustainability objectives in accordance with USGBC’s LEED program. - Developed and taught course for new Sketchup users; organized and deployed plugin toolbars which greatly increased studio design capabilities and output.

Summary: Hired to cook in a residential dining facility with 3000 daily transactions; grossing $2.3m annually. Promoted to lead and manage daily production within a single concept platform; engaging in recipe assessment, product need, and utilization processes. Promoted further to oversee daily production for entire five platform kitchen operation and manage a rotating staff consisting of 17 full-time workers and approximately 100 student workers. - Coordinated ordering and of special order products and produce for rotating menu cycles. - Managed and produced catering events of varying sizes for multiple university organizations.- Authored processes for ensuring time/temperature safety, weekly order guides, station production sheets, product loss analysis, and product price trend monitoring.- Nationally certified trainer in food safety and allergen awareness. Washington State certified to teach required food safety training classes for food service employees.
