As the vice president and director of market data technologies at FactSet, I lead a team of talented engineers and analysts who design and develop high availability control systems and manage and maintain extremely large data sets for internal reporting and analysis.In my current role at FactSet, I am responsible for overseeing the architecture, development, and deployment of the market data control systems, which monitor and control the flow of real-time and historical data from various sources and vendors. I also manage the data quality and integrity, ensuring that the data sets are accurate, consistent, and compliant with the industry standards and regulations. I leverage my skills in C#, Node.js, and software development to create robust, reliable, and user-friendly systems that support the business objectives and operations of FactSet and its clients.
