Negotiated the business acquisition of Computer Cash & Carry in Perth, WA by MGendyS Pty Ltd.My primary role in the business is to improve both the infrastructure and capability of the business for operation and to improve the business operation and train the members into increasing the performance of the business in the retail sector. My improvements included two major areas.In the retail sections: - Training of staff in retail sales, marketing strategies and technical services to improve the customer satisfaction and drive business growth. - Redesign of the store layout to improve customer impressions and increase awareness. - Improved marketing communication through implementing a corporate branding of the store frontage, website and email communication. - Negotiated and implemented a self funding marketing strategy for the business. - Involving the business in partnerships with Microsoft, Intel and OKI to improve business capability for customer support and business segments. - Implementing and ERP system for POS, inventory management, accounting management and supplier integration to improve purchasing power and store management.In the technical area: - Network redesign and adding multiple layers to reduce security threats from service operations while improving internal performance of the network infrastructure. - Strategic implementation of power and data redundancy to ensure a 99% uptime and continuous service provision to corporate customers. - Negotiation and implementation of an improved communication infrastructure to reduce cost and increase customer support capability. - Implementation of virtualisation solutions to reduce infrastructure costs and increasing business capacity to cloud solutions. - Improved the technical department by improving the facilities to ensure that there would be increased productivity, reducing time and costs while increasing customer serviceability and satisfaction.

I established MGendyS Pty Ltd, my own company in July 2009 which is parent company to MGendyS Family Trust which is a trading arm for technology consulting services.In 2012, MGendyS Family Trust, I negotiated a deal in acquiring a small retail store in West Leederville, WA, called Computer Cash & Carry.In the end of 2012, I established a second associated company, CCNC Corporate Solutions Pty Ltd, which would be a corporate IT management company owned by MGendyS Pty Ltd to diversify in the required market for SME sector to further enhance the services of the corporate group.

Global company dealing with Hygiene products including away from home (AFH), Consumer and Personal Hygiene.My role is part of the Trans-Tasman Master Data team focusing on reporting and analysis of the data accuracy of SAP R/3 data. The aim of my role is to improve the SAP R/3 system data accuracy, which has been achieved in 2011 through an avarage accuracy of 97.5% which is an increase from 96.2% for 2010. This achievement was possible through the development of an automated offline system integrity checking process by utilizing advanced function of SAP BI which was designed and implemented by myself.I am also assisting in creating and updating Master Data in SAP R/3 and SAP APO as well as performing minor development to assist the Supply Planning team in Australia.

Also designed and managed internal developments and projects. - CRM Administration – Administered Microsoft Dynamics CRM and expanded it to be an effective core system in the Company. The Company had implemented the system but were not using it correctly and to its full potential and were planning to demote it. - I worked with CEO to understand their requirements, reviewed the system and its use. - Implemented the system into the Technical Department as Technical support system. - Reconfigured the system to run 24x7 support and integrated it into the U.S. system providing much more meaningful information for sales and technical teams and managers for reporting - IT Infrastructure Management – Planning, development and restructuring of the IT infrastructure. - Product Coordinator – Documenting, designing and enhancing existing and new company products. - Project Management – Design & Development of Company projects.
