I am a very enthusiastic and passionate chef with over 15 years of experience at the highest level worldwide. I have experience from various top establishments including working alongside Bryn Williams and Martin Berasategui. My experience at the prestigious Landmark hotel and becoming Chef Patron further enhanced key skills both in the kitchen and front of house. My current role as Executive chef at The Wolseley has given me vital experience within this multi award winning high volume operation. The exposure to the ‘bigger picture’ strategies has developed me into an all rounded chef. I’m hands on, creative, hardworking and thrive under pressure.Through a disciplined culture based on learning and development, I like to drive teams towards optimum productivity, attention to detail and continuous improvement. I enjoy creating menus with a ‘story’ showcasing quality sustainable ingredients, based on influences from around the world presented in a simple but intricate way.
