My relationship with the DT Companies began in April 2021, when I approached them about a marketing partnership. Beginning as a freelancer for the company, I quickly realized that their growth necessitated more than an off-site, hands off approach to marketing. So in January 2023, I began a full-time role as Vice President of Marketing for the family of home services companies, currently consisting of: DT Roofing, Kingdom Builders Construction, Patriot Garage Door & Service, Precision Exterior Cleaning, Guardian Seamless Gutters, and most recently, DT Commercial Roofing Systems. Marketing to a six-county area, the DT Companies boast multiple awards including the Owens Corning Product Excellence Award for 2022, Best of Hood County for 11 consecutive years, Best of Erath County 2023, and many more.

Morgan G Farris is one of those artsy types who dabbles in a little bit of it all: composing, writing, arranging, painting, graphic design and whatever else her creative hands can get ahold of. Writing songs and playing the piano from the time she was a child, she has penned hundreds and hundreds of songs and compositions, going on to travel around the country singing her original songs and opening for the likes of Shane and Shane and The Afters. That career eventually took her to legendary stages like The Majestic in Dallas, Texas, Rocketown in Nashville, Tennessee and even Webster Hall in New York City. Her band, which she eventually named Lately after years under the monicker Morgan Guin Band, went on to be featured on TV in every country in the world. She has had her compositions and arrangements performed by some of the greats in Christian music, including Kari Jobe and Gateway Worship. But after getting married to the love of her life and starting a family, Morgan eventually hung up her traveling hat and settled down in the small town of Granbury, Texas, to put down roots and focus on some of her other passions.

As founder and owner of a freelance design firm, I launched Minor 5 Studio with the mission to provide top-quality graphic design, web development and marketing to mid-level companies who otherwise would not have a high-level marketing firm in the budget. Over the years, the studio expanded to include a full-scale publishing company, marketing fiction books and boasting consecutive number one releases.

Combining rock piano with soul vocal chops, Lately paved the way for spiritual music, bridging the gap between rock music and a worship experience. In 2012, after ten years together, Lately hung up their hats and went their separate ways. The lead singer, Morgan G Farris, however, has continued her musical journey, joining the worship family at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas and continuing a solo career.
