The Research Team in InciSioN Brazil develops research in various fields within surgery, reinforcing the debate and promotion of equal access to surgical care, a principle of Global Surgery.

The Society for Vascular Surgery Social Media Ambassador Program is directed to vascular-focused medical students, general surgery residents, and trainees to advocate for the SVS and become involved within the society.

Hospital Ana Nery performs several research projects surrounding cardiology, vascular and heart surgery. Examples include valve heart disease, carotid artery disease and postoperative complications after cardiovascular procedures.I gathered experience in building databases for statistical analysis and developing clinical research.

The Brazilian Association of Surgery Interest Groups (ABLAC) is an organization created to support students interested in surgery, by arranging national and international events, discussing themes surrounding global surgery, such as medical education, worldwide surgery curriculum and awareness about the challenges faced by a future surgeon. I completed the position as my state´s Director of Communications of ABLAC, at the first semester of 2021.
