Developed, wrote and edited multi-media courseware for US Marine Corps helicopter pilot training including the M/CH-53E, CH-46E and AH-1W. Wrote and edited text and graphics for the production of interactive courseware (ICW) developed in the Mandarin Authoring program. Training program was based on the Instruction System Development (ISD) Model and MIL STD 1379D. Performed front-end analysis resulting in the production of training task analysis reports and learning analysis reports. Responsible for the research and analysis of military training requirements, designed courseware for classroom, learning center, simulator and aircraft events.
