• Knowledge of active candidate sourcing, passive candidate sourcing, company search, email management, database management, job postings etc.• Quality Check for the daily activities performed by the Research Associates.• Sending daily reports to the client’s at end of the day after thorough Quality Check.• Bring value addition to the system with coordination with the client’s and the team. Conduct client-centric sessions and team motivation sessions.• Vast experience and knowledge of various types of verticals such as IT, Transportation/ Logistics, Medical Device/ Pharmaceuticals, Construction, Healthcare, Banking/ Finance, Insurance, RFID/ Printing/ Packaging/ Labeling/Bar Coding, Fire Security/ CCTV, Food/ Beverage, Aviation/ Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Hotels & Resorts• Leading a team of 9 Internet Research Associates.• Managing client’s emails containing daily tasks, searches, projects and various other activities.
