Essential Responsibilities and Duties:• Responsible for implementation of domestic logistics organization and supervision of domestic logistics specialists to enforce related processes and systems. • Serve as focal point of contact for segment escalations and service quality incident investigations. • Conduct monthly performance reviews with Operations and KPI reporting. • Analyze domestic spend monthly and drive improvement initiatives including optimizing rental vs. call out equipment, defining vendor strategies, developing domestic rate calculators, establishing fixed schedules on high volume lanes, etc. • Accountable for the domestic T&M spend percentage of revenue and all domestic performance metrics. • Ensure compliance with Land Transport Contractor Guidelines, HSE policies, local regulations, and dangerous goods requirements in the Geomarket.• Responsible for vendor management, quarterly business reviews with domestic logistics vendors, and engagement with P&S to deliver expected service quality. • Plan inter-regional movements and fixed schedule movements depending on size and breadth of Geomarket. • Perform monthly invoice audits to ensure contract compliance in billing processes. Responsible for the execution and management of logistics operations for improving the service level to field operations. In charge of all matters related to Import and export compliance and timely movement of goods at an optimum cost.Report to the TMC manager and maintains a close working relationship with the following: Hubs, Business segments, Supply chain and finance functions, TCC, HSE, ensuring safe operations and technical integrity.Interface with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, Customs Clearing Agents, and customs Representatives to ensure efficient, effective and repeatable service deliveryResponsible for the implementation of their Country/Regional Logistics Center (CLC).Responsible for the implementation of programs resulting in CI of service levels to the field organization. Responsible for the execution of drilling fluid activities at the well site in a professional and organized manner. Supporting clients drilling activities, establishing effective relationships with key rig site personnel and ensure all daily and post job reports are correctly completed and distributed to the relevant personnel.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY* The maintenance of drilling fluid properties via chemical and physical treatment as dictated by the operator/mud program.* Supervision of all mud treatment ensuring the correct use and maintenance of solids control equipment.* Forecasting material requirements for wellsite operations and liasing with Account Manager (Fluids) to ensure timely preparation and delivery of sufficient stock* Responding on operational and technical queries from customers.* Ensuring accurate chemical supply and consumption records in addition to maintaining an adequate rig site chemical inventory* Ensuring the maintenance of lab testing equipment and chemical inventories.* Ensuring regular maintenance and calibration of drilling fluid test equipment.* The provision of complete, accurate and informative daily Drilling Fluid Reports.* Liaising as required with M-I SWACO /operator personnel.* Troubleshooting mud related problems at the rig-site and liaising with Account Manager and Technical Department as required.* Attend all company and operator organized safety meetings and advise on HSE matters and adhere to all related procedures and practices* Ensure correct and appropriate use of company products, services and resources* Timely submission of Engineering Service Ticket and job related documentation.

Responsible to spread knowledge of Continuous Improvement culture throughout LAM (LatinAmerica) and act as a facilitator to help operations and other departments to improve the efficiency of their business processes.I'm a CI Black Belt (Program aligned with Shingo / AME Lean Certification) and facilitate Kaizen events throughout the Business Unit.

I developed the job description for this position. Started by controlling revenue per rig/month and matching this with Accounting results, considering all operational cost and analyzing them, seeking for a standard operating cost, so any abnormality would be easily observed. This lead to the development of the Managing System for Environmental Solutions (ES) business line that was implemented all over Argentina, and I was accountable for control and updates.Until other people entered the team I was accountable for tendering of all Argentina's ES opportunities. Also developed a standard format for Tendering and Quoting, controlling all documents and keeping track of them in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System.The relationship with Environmental Authorities and Environmental Departments of our customers was another task I was assigned to.
