With over six years of experience as a director and senior manager at Honeywell, I am a seasoned pricing and program management professional with a passion for delivering value and efficiency to the aerospace and aviation industry. I hold a PMP and a SAFe Agilist certification, as well as an MBA and a general management program in aerospace and aviation from prestigious institutions.As the current Director Pricing at Honeywell, I lead a team that delivers price impact through transactional pricing, value pricing, and pricing data analytics. I also spearhead the 80-20 initiative to reduce inventory and SKU complexity, and drive simplification and automation projects to improve operational efficiency. Additionally, I serve as an Agile Transformation Leader, working with various programs to identify and implement the best agile methods to improve speed to market and first revenue realization. I also coach and mentor the executive leadership and the upcoming PM talent across the organization, fostering an agile mindset and culture.
