Director Of Operations
CurrentAs The Director of Operations, I’m responsible for observing, analyzing and auditing business processes to achieve business goals. - Staff Development - coaching and mentoring the management team to achieve the outlined goals for each location. Which includes budget discussions, crew performance, guest satisfaction and staff motivation.- Strategic Development – Work with executive team to develop strategies ranging from operational to marketing strategies. Responsible for implementing strategies, and problem solve issues that arise during implementation. Followed by analzying the execution to see if desired results are being met. - Menu Development – work closely with chefs, lead cooks, and purveyors to identify new items and trends, followed by strategizing on ways to implement these items into the menu.- Product Consistency – Develop standards, procedures, and training for new menu items. Including auditing these procedures to ensure they are followed.- Cost Control- monthly calculating of Theoretical food cost to define areas of loss.- Training – develop tools, videos, and forms to assist with staff training on key subjects like Food Allergies, Workplace Safety, and Harassment
