I worked before as a Technical Support Associate handling payroll related concerns for a year. Also, worked as an Email Advisor handling account concerns such as subscriptions, refunds and cancellations. Those experiences taught me to be more adaptable and creative with the solutions that I will give to my customers. I also learned to be open minded with ideas and criticism which helps me to grow as an individual. For the future, I choose to have a great working environment where I can continue to showcase my skills, and to learn more from my work and colleagues.
