• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor state of health of SKY outside plant network
• Conduct routine network operations activities (i.e. signal checking, routing and switching, network troubleshooting, etc.)
• Analyze downlink and uplink data processing and identify anomalous conditions.
• Detect and react immediately to network anomalies, and prepare to take necessary actions to restore network to its normal configuration/operation.
• Accomplish call-out procedures during anomalies and contingency operations.
