Currently working as a Business Analyst in Real Estate domain, structuring and analysing Data to formulate stratergies and enhance operations.In my tenure of working as a BIM Co-Ordinator for Versova Bandra Sea-link (VBSL) project, which is amongst few multi-billion-dollar infrastructure project driven by BIM in India. My core responsibility is to formulate strategies for 4D BIM implementation in the project and review the implementation of the same. My job profile requires continuous interdepartmental collaboration and stakeholder management for successful project operation. Core deliverables are reviewing project progress simulation, construction methodology simulation, delay analysis report and monthly progress report.I strongly believe that to be professionally successful and to be a rare valuable asset for any company it is very important to be Jack of different skills along with mastering one skill. Mastery is attained by knowledge capital and it is accumulated over a period of time. Currently my strongest strength is my diverse experience in technical and non-technical domains, and also being transparent and ethical is the core of my belief system. I am a curious learner, logical thinking and analytical reasoning are things I rely on while taking decisions.
