My career goal is to engage in meaningful and impactful work that contributes to both national and global agendas. I firmly believe that individual responsibility can drive collective responsibility, benefiting our nation and the world. Currently, I work with the Confederation of Indian Industry as an Executive Officer in the Skill Development department. Prior to this role, I had a brief stint with a Non-Governmental Organization, where I led two projects focused on youth engagement in social initiatives and transgender-led entrepreneurship.Before that, I served as a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow in a fellowship program with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, with the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow as the academic partner. During my deployment in Kasganj district, Uttar Pradesh, I supported the District Skill Committee in preparing District Skill Development Plans and assisted the Ministry in data collection, reporting, research, analysis, and liaising. I planned, managed, and executed projects related to mentorship, digital skilling, workshops, and entrepreneurial ventures of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in Kasganj.I am committed to pursuing and achieving whatever this human life offers and welcome engagement with anyone who shares a similar pursuit.
