Merchadise is a vertically integrated apparel solution for traditional and web3 brands. We built e-commerce solutions, empowered apparel sales with app integrations, and delivered premium on demand merch to customers around the world.

Shark Sportswear is a near-source solution for private label / OEM sublimation manufacturing for sports apparel brands. I came aboard to run a roll-up acquisition strategy, but shifted the sales focus back to traditional wholesale and contract manufacturing to weather the pandemic.

OrderMyGear is a SaaS platform that provides an e-commerce solution to companies that sell apparel and equipment to teams and groups. I was responsible for developing new business in our team sports channel, specifically with small to medium sized brands and vendors that manufacture customized apparel.

Adrenaline Lacrosse is a niche-market apparel and events brand that serves the lacrosse community. As Apparel Operations manager, I oversaw operational facets of our apparel business unit, including sales operations, inventory control, product management, production planning, vendor relations, and purchasing.

ANGLICO is a small unit within the Marine Corps responsible for coordinating close air support, artillery, and other fire support systems alongside foreign militaries. Deploying in small teams, ANGLICO traditionally advises and assists non-US combatants while they operate in Marine Corps battle-space. Though I held a number of roles during my time at the unit, I most frequently served in a Team Chief billet.

BDS Tactical gear is a manufacturer of equipment and soft goods for the tactical market, with a focus on Military/Law Enforcement customers. Alongside a small office staff, I directed new product development, ran our sales department, managed the production floor, and oversaw fulfillment operations.
