I am a self-driven, motivated entrepreneur having built a cool company (Selectiva) that focusses on delivering intuitive (user centric) business applications in the enterprise and cloud. I have also been an intra-preneur at companies that I have worked with. I have had the privilege of building and motivating great teams that exceed customer expectations. I direct teams spread across the globe consisting of creative, analytical, business and technical professionals to develop amazing products and solutions for complex problems facing my customers.I have project managed several engagements all across the US for various public and private sector clients. I have advised many Fortune 100 customers on implementation of systems to deliver customer delight. I have set-up on-shore and off-shore development centers and assembled global cross-functional teams for software companies and IT Departments. I have presented at several industry conferences such as Oracle Open World (2009, 2012), OAUG (Collaborate 2011, 2012, and 2013), and Apttus (Accelerate 2016). I have also facilitated webinars to customers and led customer panels in industry conferences.I serve in various capacities in non-profits ranging from religious, cultural and cause-based NGO's. I have also mentored (incubated) many start-ups and teach and mentor young entrepreneurs (middle and high school children) in silicon valley.
