I managed the International Patient Services department within Türkiye Hospital in Şişli, Istanbul and also provided translation services to Health Tourism patients applying to the hospital as an Health Interpreter in English within DNA Hair Clinic, which performs hair and other transplantation operations within Türkiye Hospital.

I worked as an English interpreter in the health field in the International Patient Services department.I met the translation needs of foreign patients coming to the hospital for outpatient treatment.I actively provided translation services mostly in the Emergency Department, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Orthopedics and Ophthalmology departments.I carried out the translation of documents of foreign patients in mutual languages.

I worked as a receptionist on the night shift on the surgical hospitalization floor of the hospital.I ensured that emergency calls were answered.I answered the calls of patients who received health services during the daytime during the night. When necessary, I worked in coordination with the Emergency Service doctors and found solutions to the problems of the patients.I coordinated with the operating room and managed requests and appointments from hospital doctors.I provided translation services to foreign patients who called the night switchboard.
