With 10 years of comprehensive industry experience, I strive to continue growing my skill sets while providing thoughtful insight and supervision for critical project implementations.I began my career as a software consultant but soon realized my passion for product development. When an opening on the newly-formed product management team became available, I jumped at the chance to pursue this path and engage in new feature development. Over the past several years, I have managed the product lifecycle from start to finish for various initiatives including a nursing schedule mobile application. I am most proud, however, to have supported client implementation and guided the product lifecycle for an innovative Time Tracking and Compensation Management product line. I played a significant role in producing marketing materials, increasing customer acquisition and retention as well as crafting and defining product roadmaps and strategy.In overseeing the progression of new features in an agile environment, I work with the CEO to determine business goals based on shifting market demands and subsequently groom the development backlog. I understand the importance of identifying product gaps and integrate client requirements in a timely manner to optimize development resources.Furthermore, I assemble, lead, and mentor productive teams.
