Having approval from Project lead and latter works site follow-up. - Managed to achieve works completion with zero accidents by developing and deploying a brand-new H&S assessment system which registered each contractors´ compliance and a detail record of any kind of non compliance according to H&S regulation; in case of recurrence contractors were awarded with a penalty fee, according to their contracts.
