Responsibilities includes overseeing the activities in both the sales and the technical support for over 200 accounts, managing the operation of the East Coast facility including the warehousing and office staff, lead the QC/QA improvement program involving both governmental and private sector agencies, aid on the implementation and development of our technical products and systems, perform engineering evaluation on our materials and equipment, work closely with the specifying in educating them in cellular concrete, and design recommendations to improve the quality of our products and procedures.

Responsibilities included coordinating all field trades and communication with Turner Construction Company project staff on a 28 story, 739,000 SF commercial high rise building. Assisted project superintendent by direct supervision of demolition, underground utilities, foundation, structural steel, slab-on-deck, and spray-on-fireproofing contractors. Responsible for maintaining site security and safety at all times. Prepared Daily Construction Reports on manpower, equipment, minority participation, and weather patterns.

Assisted the project engineer and lead structural engineer with design development, including CAD drawing preparation, field surveys, and calculations. Performed a traffic and pedestrian study for the SEPTA Route 52 Project. Worked with the railroad engineer and lead draftsperson on the Delaware Port Authority PATCO Pole Project.
