• Developed and implemented multiple methodologies and research tools to study Eph receptor signaling activities in order to understand their mechanism of action in normal physiology and in pathological conditions such.

• Developed a new Alpha-screen based assay to assess GPCR heteromerization in human brain necropsies.
• Led the investigation to elucidate the effects of DHA on GPCR oligomerization.
• Developed and established a mice behavioral test to assess the neuroprotective effects of DHA in a mouse model of Parkinson’s disease.
• Developed and established the methodology to maintain and treat ex-vivo mice brain tissue to analyze signaling pathways by WB.
• Performed translational work, using primary mouse cultures to investigate signaling pathways previously identified in cultured cell lines, and using the knowledge acquired to establish preliminary mouse drug models.
