Since 2009, I'm in charge both the infrastructure and the application development at ITACyL. This implies to comply with the ICT demands of the organization, and the security and legal requirements as well; to manage the resources to achieve the projects in time, to guarantee the access to services. This also implies to manage information lifecycle management, to manage data resilience measures (backup, recovery, disaster management) and to orchestrate connection to the cloud wherever it's advisable for the Institute environment.I have the role of System Manager in the National Security Scheme at ITACyL.Supported by the development team, I plan and coordinate the technologies used on the development framework, the code quality standards for both internal developers and third party contractors, the application security requirements, and the systems architecture to achieve usable and secure apps, weighing the last technologies introduction and the stability in the development process.And last, due to the fact I'm working for a public organization, I'm the responsible of writing or reviewing the technical specification of IT tenders.
