Mark Gottschlich is the Founder & CEO of Gottsik, Inc. a vertically integrated real estate development, investment and management company. We offer full-spectrum residential & commercial real estate development services, transactional representation and investment offerings. The company also performs residential and commercial construction as a general contractor. Historically, Mark has been focused on delivering complex real estate services to a wide range of projects and situations, in which he provides timely, effective and measurable outcomes for clients. He's also organized and managed direct investments on his own account and through several partnerships. To date, Mark has directed projects and investments in excess of $200M, with a focus on challenging residential & commercial real estate development projects where a majority of the strategic and operational activities are led by him. Mark holds a degree in business administration with a real estate emphasis from San Diego State University, is a licensed real estate broker and holds a general contractors B-License from the State of California. His projects have been featured in San Diego Reader, Uptown News, ABC 10 News & The LA Times.
