Position Description• Reviews all purchasing requests for the project to ensure that proper approvals are in place. • Monitors the status of agreements and contracts, reporting variations or discrepancies to management. • Send material handover forms with Technical Specifications Approved (TSA) to on site team and receiving back after completion and providing completed material handover documents.• On completion of the final hand over of equipment to the customer, transfer all project related documents held to document control for safe storage and archiving for future reference. • Collecting approved hand over and ensures the pending should deliver and make a report to Project and Site Manager. • Follow up for collection of O & M manuals and ensure that they are delivered, Preparing O & M Manuals making sure that all required documents attached and ensure to transmit.• Prepare Gap Analysis Report for any variance or changes of items making sure accurate report given to Project and Site Manager. • Monitor and provide updates to Project Manager regarding equipment delivered with delivery date, equipment under production, items under shipment etc. • Composes administrative correspondence and drafts such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials, minutes. Material frequently confidential in nature.
