I am a Business Process Lead for Organizational Effectiveness at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits (SGWS), the largest North American wine and spirits distribution company. In this role, I am part of Project North Star, a strategic initiative to enhance our business processes, systems, and capabilities. I am excited to apply my 20 years of industry experience and my passion for learning and excellence to this project.My core competencies include organizational development, learning management, vendor relations, coaching, and strategic leadership. In addition to being an ICF certified coach, I have multiple certifications in wine and spirit education, such as Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), Certified Specialist of Spirits (CSS), and WSET Level 2. I am also a graduate of the SGWS Exceptional Leaders Program, which recognizes and develops high-potential leaders within the organization.
